All prices listed are estimates for labor for average jobs, not including hardware. If work takes significantly more or less time than usual it will be billed at the hourly rate. We don’t charge for estimates, or for repairs we can’t complete. We are always more than happy to provide a referral for work that is not our specialty (i.e. band instruments, full refinishing, etc.) We strive to give an accurate quote on work and to contact you before going forward with work that significantly varies from our estimates, although we cannot always accurately anticipate every complication that may arise during repairs. Our highest goal is to help you make great music– as such, money is not the be all end all, and we will try to work with you to make it possible to give your instrument the attention it needs. The customer is responsible for providing accurate contact information and notifying us to any change in that information. We cannot be responsible for instruments that are left for longer than 60 days after notification of completion of work, but will make every effort to make arrangements for you to pick up your instrument (please do not drop off your guitar and go on tour for 6 months without telling someone!)

Looking forward to talking to you soon!
